New Physio-Led Strength Class for Over 50’S 💪🏻

Our small, physio-led classes provide fully individualised training tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any previous injuries. Every session is strength-based and designed to help you progress safely and effectively, with expert guidance throughout.

All classes will be help here in our gym space📍

Before joining, each participant completes a pre-class screening and consultation with one of our physiotherapists. This ensures we understand your needs from the outset and can support you with the right programme.

Whether you’re new to the gym, low in confidence, returning from injury, or simply want professional coaching on technique, these classes offer a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to help you move and feel better 💪🏻
