Postnatal Pilates
This is a 6 week block of Postnatal Pilates.
The focus of the class is postnatal rehabilitation and strengthening in a safe and controlled manor with he view to returning you to optimum and full strength.
Women can attend 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 8 weeks after a cesarean section.

Are you 12+ weeks pregnant and cleared by your GP or obstetrician to exercise? We’ve created something just for you.
Join our Pregnancy Exercise Classes, led by our experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapists, Sarah and Máiréad — specialists in pregnancy and postnatal care.
