What is this class for?

This is a 6 class block of Post Natal Strength & Conditioning.

The focus of the class is postnatal rehabilitation and strengthening in a safe and controlled manor with the view to returning you to optimum and full strength💪🏻

Women can attend 8 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 10 weeks after a cesarean section👩🏻‍🍼

Work with Sarah in a class based setting. Sarah is a chartered physiotherapist, strength and conditioning coach, pregnancy and postnatal exercise specialist & Women’s Health Specialist Physio

Pricing options

✔️6-week block (1 class/week) for €135

✔️12-week block (1 class/week) for €243 (save €27)

✔️6-week block (2 classes/week) for €229 (save €41)

✔️12-week block (2 classes/week) for €432 (save €108).

Class Times

🕒Tuesdays with Sarah at 10.45am

🕒Thursdays with Sarah at 12pm

Classes will be running weekly unless it falls on a bank holiday or a physio is unavailable due to sickness or leave.
