Post Natal Strength & Conditioning Classes
Women can attend 8 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 10 weeks after a cesarean section
- Work with Sarah in a class based setting: Sarah is a Chartered Physiotherapist, Strength and conditioning coach, Pregnancy and post natal exercise specialist & Women’s Health Specialist Physio 
- A great progression from Pilates / initial core and pelvic floor strengthening 
- Safely transition back to strength training and bridge the gap to return to running, sport or gym classes 
- Great way to meet new mums 
- Babys welcome to join 
- Whole body strengthening in a safe way for mums 
- Work on functional movements needed for daily life as a mother 
- Reduce aches and pains and re-gain strength 
- Based on Women’s Health Physio rehabilitation performed with 1:1 clients to fully recovery after pregnancy 
- Evidence based and individulased to your needs 
- Most insurance companies will compensate the cost as it is Physiotherapy-led
