 New Pregnancy Exercise Classes at Aspire Physio!

Are you 12+ weeks pregnant and cleared by your GP or obstetrician to exercise? We’ve created something just for you. 💜

Join our Pregnancy Exercise Classes, led by our experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapists, Sarah and Máiréad — specialists in pregnancy and postnatal care.

✨ These classes are designed to:

✔️ Prepare your body for birth with mobility-focused movement

✔️ Keep those common pregnancy niggles at bay through safe strengthening

✔️ Support you to stay active and confident throughout your pregnancy journey

PLUS — each session ends with a few minutes of expert education and open Q&A with our physios, so you’re informed and empowered. 🙌

💡 Because these classes are physiotherapy-led, they may be covered under your private health insurance — check with your provider!
